Follow the Yogi
A great way to start your day! The teacher leads the class by modeling the poses as the class flows. No hands on adjustments will be given in this class.
Focus on movements that help stretch and open your body, refine your sense of balance and quiet your mind.
Go with the Flow
Flow in a series of postures connected by rhythmic breathing with an emphasis on strength, flexibility and balance.
Rock Your Vinyasa
This playful class will explore energizing and heat building vinyasas set to an upbeat, inspiring playlist. Previous yoga experience recommended. *On hold until September
Balance your “yang” asana practice with longer held Yin poses to increase flexibility and calm the mind.
Dance your way to fitness in this high energy class that will have you burning calories and having fun! No previous experience required.
