COVID Update and Reminders
*spaces for mats are now 3 meters apart (please line the front of your mat up with the designated tape line)
*please practice physical distancing and sanitize your hands upon entering and exiting the building
*masks must be worn into the building and until you get to your mat
*the front door will open 15 minutes before the start of class (we are not currently using the back door)
*there are no shared props at the studio, but please feel free to bring your own
*teachers are sanitizing common surfaces at the end of each class
*if you are feeling unwell, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home
Classes sizes will be limited so we can follow physical distancing protocols. You must pre-register for a class at https://brightyoga.setmore.com
Please book into a class no later than 1 hour before the start time. Please use the government recommended online screening tool before coming to class https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/
There is a growing body of research that points to yoga as a high-yield approach for reducing perceived stress and anxiety (Harvard Health Publishing, 2020). During this global pandemic, this practice is more important than ever!
