Zoom yoga may not feel exactly the same as being in the studio, but it is still time, just for you, to breathe, and move, and be!
Here is our upcoming practice schedule. We now have a new, later class on Wednesday nights with Tricia!
Sunday, January 17th at 9am
Monday, January 18th at 9am
Tuesday, January 19th at 6pm
Wednesday, January 20th at 7pm
Thursday, January 21st at 6pm
Friday, January 22nd at 9am
You will still sign up for a class through Setmore and need to sign up at least one hour before the start time.
Please make sure you have your email address in your profile so I can use it to send you the Zoom link.
If you have a 10 or 20 class pass, you can use that for the Zoom classes. If you don’t have a pass, you can pay a $10 drop-in fee via etransfer to email@example.com
Classes will run if two or more people are signed up. "See" you soon!
