Instead of our annual 30-day yoga challenge, we’ve decided to switch it up this year and launch 30 Days of Self-Care. For many, the holidays bring happiness and joy but December can also be filled with chaos, stress, and a lack of self-care.
January is a great time to reset, refocus and prioritize our happiness, health and well-being.
If you choose to sign up, you’ll be given a self-care check list to complete between January 2nd and January 31st. The idea is to complete one item on the list each day for the month of January. Hopefully some of these self-care practices will have a lasting impact and you’ll carry them forward for the rest of the year! There will be a sign up sheet at the studio and participants who sign up will be entered to win a 10 class pass.
