Tuesday 6-7pm Go with the Flow with Kelly
Wednesday 7-8am Follow the Yogi with Fran
Wednesday 6-7pm on Zoom with Tricia
Thursday 6-7pm Go with the Flow with Fran
Friday 9:30-10:30am Gentle with Kelly
Saturday 10-11am Go with the Flow with Kelly
You must register for classes at brightyoga.setmore.com
COVID Protocol in Studio
*spaces for mats 3 meters apart (please line the front of your mat up with the designated tape line)
*please practice physical distancing and sanitize your hands upon entering and exiting the building
*please complete the self-assessment survey when you arrive
*masks must be worn into the building and until you get to your mat
*the front door will open 15 minutes before the start of class (we are not currently using the back door)
*there are no shared props at the studio
*teachers are sanitizing common surfaces at the end of each class
*if you are feeling unwell, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home
There is a growing body of research that points to yoga as a high-yield approach for reducing perceived stress and anxiety (Harvard Health Publishing, 2020). During this global pandemic, this practice is more important than ever!
