Mindfulness Meditation Workshop
Mindfulness is a technique for slowing down and examining one’s thought processes and learning to be in the moment. Please joins us as we learn to incorporate this practice into our daily lives.

Introduction to Yoga Workshop
This workshop is for people who are brand new to yoga and want to learn more about it before coming to a regular class. Participants will learn the fundamentals of some basic yoga poses explore the benefits of yogic breathing practices and learn a little bit about the philosophy of this 5000-year-old practice. If you're new to yoga, this is the perfect opportunity to have your questions answered in a friendly, informal atmosphere, learn what to expect from a regular class, and practice in the company of other beginners!

Yoga Birthday Parties
Yoga Birthday Parties are a fun and unique way to celebrate your child’s birthday! Class will consist of fun yoga poses, games, activities and music. Parties will be tailored to the ages of the children present, ages 5 to teen.
