Class Descriptions 
Mindful Mondays
This class combines traditional yoga postures with meditative techniques, including mindful breathing and body scans, to cultivate present-moment awareness to reduce stress and enhance well-being. Each class will end with 10 minutes of seated, silent meditation.
The first Monday of the month 6-7pm with Kelly

Follow the Yogi
A great way to start your day! The teacher leads the class by modeling the poses as the class flows. No hands on adjustments will be given in this class.
Every other Monday 8-9am with Kelly
Friday 8-9am

Gentle Flow
Focus on movements that help stretch and open your body, refine your sense of balance and quiet your mind.
Tuesday 9:30-10:30am with Tricia
Friday 9:30-10:30am with Kelly


Go with the Flow
Flow in a series of postures connected by rhythmic breathing with an emphasis on strength, flexibility and balance.

Thursday 6:00-7pm with Kelly
Saturday 9:30-10:30am with Tricia/Kelly


Dance Fitness
Dance your way to fitness in this high energy class that will have you burning calories and having fun! No previous experience required.
Tuesday 7:15-8:15pm with Tricia


Slow and Steady

Take time to connect with yourself in this slower-paced class where longer-held poses and the transitions between them are mindfully linked to the breath. This class focuses on cultivating flexibility, stability, strength, and calm with a practice that promotes balance between our minds, bodies, and emotions. 
Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm with Sarah

Virtual Follow the Yogi
Join us on Zoom for this class; it's a great way to start your day! The teacher leads the class by modeling the poses as the class flows.

End-of-week Unwind
This combination class blends long-held Yin poses with the passive relaxation of restorative yoga, focusing on stretching our connective tissues and soothing our nervous system. Enjoy a practice that promotes deep relaxation, creates space to release physical or emotional tension, and promotes flexibility in this ultra slow all-levels class.

Stretch and Shine
This slow and stretchy class will help you connect to the moment and set your week up to shine!
