Follow the Yogi
A great way to start your day! The teacher leads the class by modeling the poses as the class flows. No hands on adjustments will be given in this class. Monday and Friday 8-9am with Kelly Rest and Restore Move slowly through poses with an emphasis on restoration, breath awareness and preparing yourself for a restful sleep. Monday 7-8pm with Jan Gentle Flow Focus on movements that help stretch and open your body, refine your sense of balance and quiet your mind. Tuesday 9:30-10:30am with Tricia Friday 9:30-10:30am with Kelly Explore your Core This class will challenge you to connect to your inner strength. Explore creative core-strengthening sequences and learn fundamental techniques for bringing core integrity into your yoga practice. Tuesday 6-7pm with Kelly Go with the Flow Flow in a series of postures connected by rhythmic breathing with an emphasis on strength, flexibility and balance. Thursday 6-7pm with Fran Saturday 9-10am with Tricia/Kelly Sunday 10-11am with Fran/Jan Dance Fitness Dance your way to fitness in this high energy class that will have you burning calories and having fun! No previous experience required. Tuesday 7:15-8:15pm with Tricia Rock Your Vinyasa This playful class will explore energizing and heat building vinyasas set to an upbeat, inspiring playlist. Pay as you go drop-in $15 Monthly $85 10 class pass $130 20 class pass $240 All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 10 and 20 classes passes don't expire.
