Follow the Yogi
A great way to start your day! The teacher leads the class by modeling the poses as the class flows. No hands on adjustments will be given in this class. Monday and Friday 8-9am with Kelly Yin Flow Yin Flow is a slow love for yourself. The class starts with a gentle flow, warming your muscles and moving you from your mind into your body. From there, you will hold some postures longer, allowing your muscles to release while you move deeper into your breath. Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm with Robyn Gentle Flow Focus on movements that help stretch and open your body, refine your sense of balance and quiet your mind. Tuesday 9:30-10:30am with Tricia Friday 9:30-10:30am with Kelly Go with the Flow Flow in a series of postures connected by rhythmic breathing with an emphasis on strength, flexibility and balance. Tuesday 6-7pm with Kelly Saturday 9-10am with Tricia/Kelly Sunday 10-11am with Angie Sculpt and Flow This dynamic 45-minute class set to upbeat music will get you moving by combining strength and endurance elements, stretching and core work. If you’re looking to have fun and tone your body, this class is for you! Thursday 6-6:45pm with Kelly Dance Fitness Dance your way to fitness in this high energy class that will have you burning calories and having fun! No previous experience required.
