This dynamic 45-minute class set to upbeat music will get you moving by combining strength and endurance elements, stretching and core work.  If you’re looking to move your body, have fun, and sweat a little, this class is for you!

A Day on the Island!
Join us for a Pelee Island Restorative Experience

Join us for a relaxing day retreat on beautiful Pelee Island.

This experience includes round-trip travel aboard the Pelee Island Ferry, an outdoor yoga session, a mindful walk to the historic Pelee Island Lighthouse, nourishing snacks, and a curated visit to Pelee Island Winery. We will travel around the island by bike, so plan to bring your bike, or rent one on the island.

The day is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and return home feeling grounded and refreshed.


Cost: $125 per person Includes ferry transportation, yoga, meditation, and reflection, a visit to the winery, and snacks. Soft-Life Lessons: slowing down to find peace and ease in a fast-paced world

This workshop will help participants learn to slow down, de-stress, and embrace a life filled with peace, comfort, and balance – focussing on self-care, mindfulness, and intentional living.

This workshop will include understanding the soft life, slowing down as an art and an act of resistance, practical tips for slowing down (guided meditation and seated yoga), creating a soft life plan (reflection activity, intentional living, partner, and group sharing), and the power of rest and restoration.

By the end of the workshop participants should feel empowered to slow down, set boundaries, and make intentional choices that contribute to a peaceful and balanced life.

Sunsets and Serenity Weekend Retreat

This September retreat is an invitation to exhale. As summer begins to soften into autumn at this riverfront oasis, we’ll gather for grounding yoga practices, guided meditation, and quiet moments of reflection—all designed to help you reset and realign. Expect nourishing plant-based meals, meaningful connections, time to enjoy the view, journal, rest, and simply be. Come as you are. Leave feeling steady, restored, and deeply at peace.

What's Included: Two nights’ accommodations, vegan meals and snacks, yoga, meditation, and guided journaling prompts.
