Join Sarah for a monthly Yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra is often described as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation.” It is a form of guided meditation typically practiced lying down in a comfortable position. This practice allows students to engage in pratyahara, or the process of withdrawing the mind from distractions. Everyone is welcome!
This class will run the third Sunday of each month.

Join us for a 45 minute all levels playful Vinyasa practice set to energetic music followed by a pop-up energy tea drink tasting session with Meaghan Westlake, Community Engagement Coordinator with Rviita Energy Tea. You'll also have an opportunity to shop tea themed merchandise with Anne from Creative Sunshine and Co ($5 from each t-shirt purchase will go toward our fundraising efforts).

New Year's Intention Setting

The end of the year is a great opportunity to reflect and engage in practices that help us slow down and consider what we want to invite in for the year ahead. This annual intention setting workshop includes a guided meditation, all levels gentle yoga, guided intention setting, and vegan snacks!

Finding Your Still Point Weekend Retreat
February 6-8, 2026
During this weekend retreat, we will connect with nature and engage in practices that have a calming and rejuvenating effect on our mind and body. You will be encouraged to deliberately bring your awareness to the present moment, to engage with your surroundings, and to intentionally turn inward. Through yoga, meditation, time in the sauna, and guided journaling, you’ll have time to reflect and practice finding your still point.
What's Included: Two nights’ accommodations, vegan meals and snacks, yoga, meditation, and guided journaling prompts. We will also explore forest bathing principles at this expansive nature retreat.
Cost: Depends on sleeping accommodations- A $50 deposit is required to secure your spot, full payment due January 4th.
Bedroom 1 (2 people)– Queen bed $450 per person
Bedroom 2 (3 people) – Queen bed, bunk beds $400 per person
