The goal of Bright Yoga is to create an inviting space that allows you to explore the ways that yoga can help quiet the mind, increase energy, improve flexibility, strength and balance and decrease stress.
From the curious beginner to the experienced practitioner, Bright Yoga is committed to making yoga accessible in a non-judgemental, non-competitive atmosphere.

A message from Kelly:
I am certified yoga teacher, college professor and wellness educator with a passion for living well and inspiring others to embrace life and ignite their inner light.
My yoga practice has helped me balance the demands of a full and busy life. It provides me with the space to come back to my breath and connect with what is really important to me. I believe wholeheartedly in living the practice!
I completed my first yoga teacher training in 2010 and have since participated in hundreds of hours of training through conferences, workshops and weekend intensives. I love to teach flowing vinyasa classes, playful partner classes, and slow and stretchy gentle classes.
I’ve been fortunate to lead students in day, weekend and week long retreats locally and abroad. I’m grateful to this practice and the community we’ve created at Bright Yoga. Namaste

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. It helps me every day. I see yoga in everything that I do. When I look into my daughter’s eyes and I get lost in the moment with her, when my husband laughs uncontrollably and I laugh with him this is yoga for me. I see the potential for everyone to practice yoga in everything around me and that is my goal to help them see what this beautiful practice can do. It’s magical and moving. I believe that yoga is for everyone and you just need to allow the practice to come to you exactly where you are at. Namaste!

I was drawn to yoga later than some, but just in time. Over the last five years, yoga has become an extremely important part of my life. Both physically and mentally, yoga has made an amazing impact on my life. Regular practice contributes to my mental well-being, and not only quiets my mind, but makes me a happier person. My mat is truly my happy place, and makes the regular stress of everyday life seem much more manageable. Physically, yoga has increased my strength and flexibility, while allowing myself to become more mindful and connected to my own being. I look forward to not only teaching, but learning from each and every student I meet. Namaste!
A message from Jacqueline:
I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and wellness. As a long distance runner, I first came to yoga for its physical benefits and quickly discovered that this practice has so much more to offer. Since completing my yoga teacher training in 2014, I have worked on my personal practice as well as used my teaching experience to develop a style that I believe to be creative, inspiring as well as inclusive. I truly believe that yoga should be practiced on and off the mat. I strive to live a mindful, kind and compassionate life. My hope is that my teaching encourages each student to deepen their connection to their breath, listen to their body and continue to enrich their practice. Breathe and smile!
